I'm glad that most of this manga is showing them during their relationship. I prefer these to the ones where confessing is the end game. Those ones just feel like the mangaka trying to stay serialized.
Also, I think that last shot is to show that she isn't lonely anymore, as, at least when guys masturbate, they use tissues, and i guess the same is for girls? And the trash being empty and tissue box being full means that she hasn't masturbated.

Well, when u dont take time to set the mood and goes "Lets go do this!!" it kind of leads u to be distracted until u clear ur head. Natural. Even more so after a long day like that. Also Oyamada-kun, when ur naked gf at the bed, ready for naught stuff says "i love u" the last thing u do is being embarrassed and answer "tks".
@MensCultureUnion I shouldnt generalize it, but normally the ones that the confession is stalled til the very end normally are made by people that definitely lack experience in real relationships at least its how it feels with the shallow content, so often u get frustrated with the amount of repetitive standard dramas that clearly are used to prevent progression and fill the gaps, which also happens a lot to drag pages on the serialization. So when the confession happens normally is time to wrap things up so to avoid complications. This one is far more mature and realistic, u can see on the small details that even if is not a personal experience is made by someone that can translate it clearly to the plot.
