Even though they shared only the artist, not the authors, Kimi no Knife gave me the same feeling on it's ending. That feeling of "man, this manga had quite the potential but look at what we got for an ending".

But this is better than Kimi no Knife, by a considerable margin.

I think he give the drug to the black haired girl to kill her? so the girl's organ can be given to the little girl (as she has registered herself as a donor when she died) rather than waits until she died naturally like what her parents wanted but her organs will likely be damaged...

Yeah, this is… basically an ending to this storyline, not to the series arcs. We don't get any resolution about what he does with himself, or whether his brain injury kills him, or anything like that… he just does this (which may end his career) and that's all.

Lol, I was also a bit taken aback at the whole ending but I think @ZeeVee was right when they said it's most likely one story arc that we picked up. There's also a live drama for this series so maybe it offers more answers and more to the storyline than these 16 chapters. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
