I dunno, I'd say I like this instance of attempted peeking. It was like a nod to how ridiculous the whole thing usually is. I mean just look at that one line, "So you're saying that this wall was made specifically to prevent peeking?" Yes, yes it actually was, at that. No ridiculous traps or like a mountain climb. No equally ridiculous success + easily forgiven situation (because we all know girls enjoy breaches of trust am I right).

Just saying but the peeking was shit writting. The MC could do it easily with magic, that wall would not be a problem...

@mahtan I don't think I've seen him use any magic so far that wouldn't have been fairly conspicuous in a bath house one way or another, which would probably just have ended up rolling it back around to "equally ridiculous success + easily forgiven situation." Like I was saying I don't think the possibility of the peeping was even the point here, it seems like the whole thing here was a joke about the peeping cliches in other series.

He can create things with magic so he could have made a stair, for example, but then again this scene was just to set the gag with him and the prince later on.
