Boukensha License wo Hakudatsu Sareta Ossan Dakedo, Manamusume ga Dekita no de Nonbiri Jinsei wo Oukasuru - Vol. 4 Ch. 12.1

@Whyte
I beg to differ. This isn't some isekai harem, it is fantasy father daughter adventures! I bet the bird will become a deus ex machina for some future plot. Like the bird coming to save them from a crisis as a one off thing. Or meeting them later and becoming an animal companion/pet (but is secretly a legendary/mythic creature).

Thank goodness those bastards didn't run into Ravi when she was cursed.

Speaking of which, I was half-expecting the bird to be another cursed person.

@CraniumAmbiguity Let me dream, foo.
Also, I was actually spoofing this legend from a Japanese folklore.

Remember kids: if during the party's introductions the other members start spouting edgy shit, turn around and fuck off from that place as fast as possible.

Ah yes, the party was edgy. I’m not even surprised about this fact, what I am surprised about is how he could travel with them

Our MC seems like the type to have joined up with these proto-edgelords in an attempt to help them get beyond their trauma, find their compassion, and become better people.

Douglas seem to be only one that was normal in his old party .

@twinklecake Isn't what Weed would have said from The Legendary Moonlight Sculptor lol? :D

@Whyte I was not aware that was a folk lore. And the variations of the woman peeing in the pea soup... seriously wtf.

The folklore reminds me of the short story "The third wish". Maybe the bird will come back to grant 3 wishes.

"A good goblin? I guess there might be one if you looked really hard. But in the end, the only good goblins are the ones who never come out of their holes."

But of course, the next chapter is going to show that the MC is 100% right.

@greatninja3 yeah its just like those special herbs and plants they want , don't know how to grow, but when they find them they gr ab them all because money. I can't remember the name but I have seen an author who seemed to be conscious of the problem and showed them. They needed herbs, but only the leaves are useful so they only cut off a couple leaves from each herb plant they found.

Gow, hypocritical it is!! They are generally ok to kill them, to even eat them, but if they are injured suddenly kindness comes in!!!!!!
