"ano gaki" is usually the the equivalent of "that brat", denoting general disrespect for a young person
"chibi" relates more to size (moreso because Dario is short and Ravi is even smaller) so "little one" or "little girl" would be more appropriate but probably doesn't roll off the tongue very well. "shorty" has been used in past Japanese translations (like a decade or two ago), but these days, "shorty" may also refer to a significant other, so it doesn't really work.

@jonsmth is "shorty" nowadays still used in that way? I always though of that term from hip-hop stuff as "shawty" so I never really thought of "shorty" as potentially having a similar connotation

Honestly, I don't know. I'm not from a country where "shorty" nor "shawty" is used in common vernacular, but I think the possible ambiguity from having that romantic connotation is a reason to avoid using it in place of "chibi".

Douglas can 1-shot an S-class monster like a Kraken or Demonic Dragon King, and wipe out an army of Ancient Golems in under a second. However, Douglas can't seem to look or talk normally in front of some guy with sunglasses. That's pretty intimidating, huh? I have no clue how that makes sense.
