What a bastard, Alan got what he deserved if he cursed someone, to have it sent back at him is just deserts, don't bring someone's daughter into that shit. For being a hero party only like 2 of them so far have been decent people.

Y'know what'd be real good though? If his daughter beats Alan's ass herself now that he's weak, like sure she's a super duper duper novice, but y'know, if it's 10x worse he probably already can't use any skills.

Eventually, ANGRY DADDY satisfyingly wins the battle while Sage F*ckface screams "impossible" and other typical bs. Sage F*ckface runs out of mana and tries to take advantage of Daddy's kindness and reluctance to kill, but Daddy has resolved himself to do whatever it takes to protect his family. Hence, he starts BRUTALLY and EXPRESSIONLESSLY breaking/dislocating the guy's limbs until he complies, the "Sage" pathetically screaming all the while...

In this version of the novel, Alan is so weak by the curse that he is permanently bedridden; he's too weak to even get out of bed. Sage F*ckface kidnapped Ravi on his own, and Douglas resolves the plot with Alan after. No idea how the manga is going to change that...
