Boukensha ni Naritai to Miyako ni Deteitta Musume ga S Rank ni Natteta - Ch. 22

Helvetica learning from her enemies? Very impressive. I'm glad to see how a traumatic experience changes one's outlook on things. That's how you know the author knows how to tell a coherent story.

well.. i have mixed feeling about the loli.. and i tend to hate evil brat character, because it's easy for the author to write off their evil just because they're kid...
It might be uncharacteristic for the old man to kill her, but i hope she gets her comeuppance later. She's horrible by any standard, she's like those kids who plays with knife but ends up getting hurt, except this one already used the knife to kill people, having fun with it (and she believes that her actions were right), and when the knife turned itself towards her, she cried and begs for help.

@kamishiniyari yeah because... she's a kid, of course she would act that way, also we all try to get by despite our situations, don't think that there's only one right answer

@kamishiniyari
What are you, nuts?
Shes a child who was manipulated into revenge after her parents were excecuted, she is by no means evil.
She deserves to be saved by best daddy.

The loli not dying is enough for me. To be blunt, piggy nobles should die. I always go for if he's fat and has a mustache, he is probably a baddie in one way or another.

@Serenata ,well, i never mentioned any solution though yeah, the way i wrote it kinda shows that i want her dead in a way. Though my general solution is for authors to stop writing evil brat characters.

@Raydnt , yeah, i'm nuts, though saying she's not evil is a bit of stretch, child is the most unrestrained phase of being human, you're having blank paper waiting to be written, imagine having a child conditioned like her, where every solution of her problem is power and violence (and she's already on the phase where she believed that as absolute truth, as long as she has power she can suppress anyone and no longer experiences hurt), you'd get unhinged chaos later on. Also it kinda proves my point that evil brat characters sucks because people can't stop associating kids with purity and innocence that whatever the author write to erase their past menace will be accepted.

Helvetica having a badass edginess suits a soft-hearted Belgrieve.

Feels satisfying that the fat noble got killed not by the hands of another antagonist but with the opposing party.

"My blood is not like yours!"
Always hated that. Every noble and royal came from commoner blood at some point.

Was she killing the count supposed to be something?
Because it just came out as villainous.

If she is so fast to take back her word how trustworthy can she really be?

@Riger
Every noble and royal came from commoner blood at some point

Yet they are the ones that raised above the norm.
While descendance by itself doesn't means much it is still in their genetic code the potential to act above that or a common person.

@Nematoda
I don't know but letting a unrestrained threat live to cause mayhem another day because it is a child does seem pretty stupid. Especially when said child has access to very powerful and destructive magic.
