@godofcleric im totally with you but its not like this mangas is told on a day-by-day basis. Like it spans multiple days sometimes right? So to be fair the story has been pretty solid with realism in that sense.
People's issue with this manga that i noticed is that
a) "he's not decisive and stable enough of a person" who can make right decisions and decide for himself what to do like just leave the town or just work and save money then leave town etc.
b) he's not banging enough girls
c) its getting too depressing and sad too suddenly and there is no point of relief
d) author sucks so story automatically sucks
e) if i notice more i will add it.
Which is kinda not fair coz:
a) this isnt about that kind of story nor is he that kind of mc, its about a kid who is in a bad place at a bad time making bad decisions in life and trying to figure out what to do in a world where there so much expectations on you and you cant decide if u do things for others or do things for yourself.
b) he already banged his teacher and a former idol think that's enough for our sad mc
c) well its kinda that type of story, sucks that shit aint getting better but its a sad depressing story so its kinda to be expected?
d) well if u hate the author why you reading this? Give a comment about what you think of the story instead of the author so people can have a chance to decide if they like this or not
Honestly i have no beef with all the first three reasons that i noticed and i think its ok that some people hate this or dislike this manga. Its not really a story for everyone. Some people will vibe to the mc's experience and some wont but that's just how it is with all stories.
