Boys School becomes a Mixed-Sex School!? Mystery Girl Out of Focus! - Oneshot

As I mentioned in the other comment section,
I'm pretty sure this is based on the "Hunters" series ( http://hunters.nomaki.jp/ ) and "Kayo-chan" series ( http://www7.plala.or.jp/mashiroyou/kayo_chanSeriesTop.htm ) by Mashiro Yuu:
Premise is that Kayo, who appears in the form of a grade-school girl, goes around introducing herself as a "problem solver". To those that accept, she solves the problem with a twist, transforming people into females. The Hunters organization is formed to combat Kayo, recruit those with the ability to resist or cancel her power, and revert the damages she has done.

@DexDexDexina
Same.
Seeing this oneshot made me nostalgic enough to revisit the translated stuff at Mashiro's Castle. Too bad it hasn't been updated for 7 years, and the forums are dead.
At least Mashiro is still active: https://www.twitter.com/mashiro_yuh

@Walter_vi_Britannia Is that a Boku girl reference? If so, she really stepped her game up here, changing entire an entire student population and even their uniforms of all things.

This one uploaded on nhentai yesterday but it was in Japanese, thanks for translation

@PFunkX The little girl is named Kayo in the extra pages, so you're probably right. The woman who appears on page 16 is the same "Ichigo" mentioned at the end who's one of the Hunters.

So, they went and started liking guys in the timeline it didn’t get fixed? Also, they stayed single when they returned to guys? Da fuck.

Saw it on nhentai the other day.
@ravidya Yeah, they got married to and had children with guys in the timeline it didn't get fixed.
In the timeline they became boys again they married women.

Mashiro's castle... I could never get over there not being an English translation of Okashina Futari...

I knew that little girl was familiar but it wasn't until I saw that trademark pants to skirts style that I remembered. It's her. That eldritch horror that is she is. So cool seeing Ichigo in manga form though. Very little of the Hunters series was ever translated so never got to read it. Okashina Futari too.

@930310 @NinjaGoemon
There are translations of Mashiro's works at the English Side of Mashiro's Castle (which is approved by Mashiro): http://castle.midnightaurora.com/mainpage.php?siteID=0
It's a shame that it hasn't been updated for a long while and the english forums are dead.

Yeah, I remember. It was so dead that I gave up hope of ever getting closure for the longer ones.
