The MC is strangely written, like the rest of this work tbh. It's annoying when they're made of cardboard with just as much depth, then they try to tack on some substance to them without the requisite preparation in prior chapters.

What even is this flimsy base for her supposed monogamy? You barely know the guy that you're already banging! What's one more?
