she needs to go to foster care, and if he says something shes going to go into foster care. if he wants to be a foster parent he should do that, and it seems like he is trying to? but if she DOES .. when she ends up in to foster she'll be placed with family faster than him or a group home.

we know who he is, his friends and family know who he is and how hes trying to better her life but to the random person .. who is he with this random ass child??
