Condoms protect from sexually transmitted diseases yall. They're useful even when pregnancy isn't a concern.

You can slice em up to make a dental dam or to protect fingers if you've got cuts.

It could be a female condom like @parksanddolls said. They look pretty similar to male condoms unless you look real close.

One of them could also be trans or intersex and thus potentially have a penis.
