[Bug] async page load can cause unexpected spoilers

A simple fix for this would be to make all images hidden at start and only unhide when the image has been loaded.

The invariant would be that pages can only be made visible sequentially.

Another fix could be to load the first 1-3 images first and the rest afterwards.
