@Squat_Twat I'm pretty sure the guy was the church man from the guild before, who has the ability to manipulate his blood. So I think he put his blood on the pen that Fitzgerald hit him with, which could assassinate him without him noticing. Since Kyouya turned on the sprinklers, the blood was diluted, making it not blow up... I think that was what happened (forgive me if I'm wrong.)
