So we got another manga adaption of a novel in which crucial content (introduction of the bunny girl sisters) was left out again just to cause us readers to end up with a chapter with characters (the sisters) we have not known so far and therefore have no idea why that happens in the chapter.
Sheesh... I wish the author would think about what content can be skipped and what not before deciding to leave out all content of some characters before then bringing out such a chapter.

After reading the chapter I googled to look for some info and stumbled upon a few raw chapters.
Not gonna give any spoilers about the content.
But one realization I have come to:

This is not an action manga with fan service and ecchi content but an ecchi manga with some fake action story as attempted justification for the ecchi content.

You know you're reading a good story when you can verbally say "WHO ARE YOU?!" almost every chapter.

This guy has a lot of stamina. Especially since he was a virgin ("Didn't know that a girls feels like this") and did all the other four girls shortly thereafter.

Guys you need to read the summary again because I think it hints at why these girls love him so much and as to why they become attracted to him so fast.

Another thing that I've been thinking about is that even though at the end of the last chapter it said something about that something erotic was coming in the next chapter however I didn't suspect it would be this erotic, it was to the point of almost being smut.

Well, you're kind of right there, but if I can't understand the motivations of the characters at least a little bit, it hard to find the whole thing interesting.
So yeah, I like a bit of unrealistic and fantastic touch to my stories, but I still like it if not everything falls into the laps of the MC with no explanations whats-however.
