This discussion has no relation to reallife, this is manga, it doesn't matter if the artist says "hmm, this girl was a man, but had surgery and is now a woman" there is nothing that will now discern that new "girl" as a fake, besides how she acts. The same is with "hmm, this man is now a woman in the different world, it's magic and such" these both newly created "girls" remain men, they can act all they want, they remain men. None of these two "girls" were born a woman, they both have their memories and experiences as a man, that is something they'll never be able to change, only if the mind of the men got deleted, which would greatly hurt the point of the whole men in a womans body thing, it would just be a normal girl with no relation to men, not the case here.
And yea, I was hella drunk yesterday, I take that stupid back.
