I kind of liked the serie and plot (I love isekai) but this is just another episode of "one male in a land of beast females in heat".
I did read some porn doujinshi with more plot and less sex (and better quality one).
The MC becomes less and less moral. A degenerate. A trash person. He did rape another isekai-reincarnated person (who identified as male) and no one bats an eye.

This guy ... is effin SAVAGE. It does not matter when or where ... let's get it on ... LOL. I had to laugh at the part where he puts his pants BACK ON ... walks a few feet and then takes it BACK OFF to have sex with the girls that he didn't bone yet LOL. Yeah, let's not pretend that he's not a rapist degenerate at this point ... but I'll take this over a guy who is in an isekai world and still acts like regular earth rules apply. I wish there could be a happy medium but that's not gonna happen since most MCs are one extreme or the other.

From the beginning the plot did not exist in this manga, so it is useless to ask if there is. xD
I read this manga because I like to see for once a protagonist who does not seem gay, dumb or anything.
I do not say that he must mate from morning to night, but at least realize the feelings of the girls and sometimes return like a normal person would do for me it is already a lot.
It may also be a hentai manga but it is more credible than all the manga I've read so far.
