1. The manga is released as tankoubons on its own and not as part of a magazine.

2. It is the complete final cause there are "only" 6 volumes of these tankoubons and it is marked as "completed" as you can see for example on mangaupdates.

3. The next chapter seems to be the final chapter of the 6th tankoubon. So it will be the final chapter.
