Getting the right band members is such a feat in itself! Cheers to Ushio. Yeah, as a commenter said, this is shallow, and it's true in a way -- but, hey, these are young people we're looking at here. They don't quite know w.t.f. they're doing, what they're getting themselves into, or what awaits them. I don't mean that disparagingly. Real life bands too have petty drama going on.
