Can I select specific language for chapters?

Hey I'm pretty new here and as the title indicates I am looking if there is a way to show only a specific languange(e.g english only) while seeing the chapters of a manga. Thanks in advance!

@paloukotis Click the gear icon top right of your screen and you can choose the languages.
You can also do that in Settings
