Can I upload an interview?

Due to Chainsaw man Vol 3 release, its author Tatsuki Fujimoto was interviewed for his previous one-shots.
I did a spanish translation of these interviews and I'd like to know if could I upload them here

I'm pretty sure you can. I've done it for let's fight ghost series. I uploaded where it was about an author's interview.
But as far as how the interview picture looks like, as long as it doesn't have any real life faces or something like that as the interview main point of the interview, I think that's not allowed.
