Can you login your Mangadex account on Tachiyomi?

Assuming you can't, it would be pretty neat if you can install the extension and login to your account so that your MDList becomes an available category in your Tachiyomi library.

But, back to the basic question. Can you login your Mangadex account to Tachiyomi?
