Cannot upload chapter

So I've tried to upload chapter two of https://mangadex.org/title/31592/teiji-ni-agaretara about 10 times by now. I've even changed the compression. At about 70% it just stops and says some kind of error (I'll paste it here the next time I try to upload it). Is this a known bug? Any reason why this happens? Any solution? Thanks!

if you still can't upload the chapter, perhaps you should seek for assistance in discord.
they have "please upload this for me" channel there.
