Pretty sure it was an isekai, but I remember a chapter where the hero goes to rescue the princes from a crazy nobleman. When he gets there she's like, paralyzed in bed or smth but instead of saving her he like hesitates and the noble sacrifices her so he can turn into a demon?

@Akarroa are you sure it was a nobleman and princess? I can think of one, where it is a priest and a nun. The priest believes in an evil god but hides the info. The hero with another woman he just meet go to confront the priest. The priest pulls out the heart of the nun and becomes a demon.
