Every time a new chapter gets released I start reading and find it a bit confusing.
After some pages I remember it's read like a western comic and not a manga.

Yeah, I believe the other group that did the original Cat Shit One put little notes at the beginning for people who were unaccustomed to left-to-right (English-style) manga.
I chose to forgo them, thinking it wouldn't be an issue, but luckily the story is mostly coherent either way you read. But maybe for the last volume and any older chapter updates, we might put in little notes at the beginning of each chapter.
