Guess raccoons aren't any more fond of competition than most carnivores. 'Round here foxes occasionally kill cats too, and are wont to murder raccoon dogs on sight (not that this stops those little snufflers from thriving) - they clearly aren't keen on such invasive species horning in on their particular ecological niche.

@Enaero: I'm pretty sure her gaming buddies have mentioned in the past that she sounds like a young girl. They assume that means she's using a voice changer, because they can't imagine that their hardcore boss is actually a cute little girl.

Except that calls in general mostly use only the middle part of the frequency range of the voice and also compress it a lot!

That's the reason when you hear people on the phone and in real life some sound REALLY different. I used to have a complex and everything because I sound like a mature woman on the phone. ^{Then I realized I could impersonate my mother by doing basically nothing but change my mannerisms.}
