The manga has been officially licensed in English, and the English releases have surpassed what's been translated here. If you want to read further, you'll have to buy the volumes, or visit less scrupulous websites.
I still have no clue why theres just a random isekai arc. As somebody who isn’t caught up on the manga, does this become relevant at all? Or was it just filler.
