Maybe I’m just a 14 year old girl too, but if someone proposed to me recited poetry and gave me flowers, I would be embarrassed but find it cute.

I think she is a tsundere since she was blushing when he was proposing to her but she might actually like him (that might be me thinking into it too much). However that doesn't give you the right to be a total jerk about rejecting the poor guy even if you're embarrassed.
