ok so the old santa was controlled by the woman, her grandfather. He used to be the acting dollmaster who can turn people into dolls, while she controls the dollmaster. She made another guy love her or something so he could become the new dollmaster, so he became the replacement for santa. Santa then sacrificed his life in order to send everyone inside the building to hell.
