Sure, Youji doesn't love his supposed wife, but you're the one getting in the way of a relationship and you didn't seem to give a damn about his wife dying, particularly when it seems like she is the only reason your love is alive to begin with.
Seriously, Youji sold her out to be tortured and killed, he even came to the freaking torture sessions if i recall correctly, and since we didn't have any flashbacks of the original woman abusing him ever, never seemingly insulting or hitting him, it's safe to say he led the only reason he is even walking around to torture and death.
Screw both of them, seriously, i really really want the MC to point out THEY wanted her to get captured and killed instead of just running away, or dare i say it, having a serious talk, we have even established the original girl didn't want to go around biting and killing people even, at most she would have been annoyed at her reputation decreasing and the time and effort wasted on reviving Youji but nope, just sell her out to Vampire Hunters so that she can be tortured and killed with Youji coming along to glare at her for no reason.
