Cheating Men Must Die - Vol. 7 Ch. 133 - I have a date with the taoist master -- Begging for mercy

So it's not that there were only evil spirits in this world, the thing was that she didn't care about their reasons for staying and declared them evil, then exorcised them inmediately.

The Taoist has the crappiest judge of character but her teachings make her condemn everything she doesn't believe in. So I dunno how to judge her hypocrisy.

@Richman @Cynic It's highly implied the female taoist was brainwashed by her master from.an early age to see all spirits as evil no matter what and to be eliminated on sight...something that our MC will have to fix.

Bruh how does she not think it’s suspicious that the HUSBAND is harassing his WIFE after he died?!!! Like that literally has arrows pointing towards it that they weren’t on good terms🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️Lmao. Tysm shadow madness!!

Wait, she wasn't just ignoring morality and doing her job? She sincerely believed she was on the good side every single time?

@zz2000 She still can't see that that the guy who killed the MC was an asshole or this new woman is a murderous golddigger. Yeah I agree with what you say but that still says to me that she doesn't understand people at all.

Man i love this manga so much it makes me happy to be able to read this every time a new chapter is released it's really interesting and is really entertaining to read.

Yeay! New chapter!
The wife seems really suspicions! Its most likely that she is involved in the 'accident' that killed her husband. I hope xia xia finally can make her see that in this world its not only white and black. Though it would be difficult since the taoist raised with that belief since early age..

Good work!

I think it makes sense that she doesn't understand people, since it seems that she was indoctrinated by her Taoist master from an early age and seems to lack actual social skills beyond that of a client and contractor. She even says it herself that she wants to make a friend, and it seems to be implied that she's never had a genuine friendship before. Even her relationship with her master seems very transactional- train hard and don't fail me, and I will continue to teach you and give you a place to stay.

I actually don't dislike the FML for once. It seems is not her fault an because of how she was taught she ended up developing a broken moral compass and a naive take on the matters of the occult.

But Su Luxia is ready to Take Your Heart®

Imagine being raised by that hard-ass of an old man.

I'd be surprised if she DIDN'T come out of that with something about her fucked up.
