Did someone know why Arisa ask how to read Mari's name ? I'm supossing the kanjis can be read of an another way.

Yes, kanji may have multiple readings. Sometimes the amount of different readings of the same character is insanely high (for example, "生" - "to live" - has more than one hundred different readings as a part of different words).
