On the one hand, she has tried to conceal her nature. On the other hand, she is in the body of an eight-year-old girl. This physiologic change would definitely have psychologic consequences. She has much of her previous set of memories, but may have lost some of the previous deep structure; her brain is developing now as that of an eight-year-old (albeit with a surprising body of knowledge), and she is hormonally different.

@Lyanhyrt She doesn't look like a five years old. Maybe eight or even nine, considering this is manga? Furthermore, she doesn't quite behave like a genuine child that age. She behaves like some kind of weird hybrid between a child and a young adult. Let's not kid ourselves: A young child would be dependent on adults and hopeless in combat, exploration, or such on her own. Yuri is far from useless, despite her quirks.

@Sep10trion Let's hope Yuri realises that and allows Noir to become big for travelling. Although cats can be pretty lazy, so Noir might want to hitch a ride instead.
