to the best of my knowledge, when the Pub. status: Completed is stated on mangadex, it is referring to the status of the said manga in Japan

Meaning that, it is publish completely (meaning the story has ended)
IN JAPAN and NO MORE CHAPTERS will be released by the said author

BUT.....................

THE SCANLATION IS STILL NOT COMPLETED by the scanlation group
