I can barely give this author a pass when the protagonist loses his memory from drinking, or from being hypnotized.. But losing memory from just cumming too many times to a point of passing out..? (That's what I assume) That's just plain stupid, even by this manga's standards.

Every time Manami appears in this manga, things get weirder by a lot, and the plot tends to fall a lot.
She may be my least favorite character in this series tbh.

@Joonhas I think is both because of exhaustion (as you say) and for her hypnosis abilities, this is a conjecture however.
