she wakes up at 4am... 6hrs sleep... though i used to go to bed at midnight or 1am and get up at 7 so it's not that different
Also she is right! Keeping a routine has really helped during lockdown. Getting up early and getting dressed and doing something even if you don't have work or studies to do... I'd be utterly miserable otherwise
