honestly, that's something i really like about the manga and i think that together with the super clean art style and the paneling it ties together into a really nice and tight package. very cozy.

there actually is another adaptation that's already translated. it's a 1962 movie that is really good in my humble opinion. if you're interested send me a pm and i'll figure out a way to send you a rip.
