In page 12 : ち 王 = Chi Queen ( Chi is short for Chio ) . Also , 1 of the pronounciation of 王 is "Oh" , so ち 王 = Chio .

And the symbol on her crown is a combination of the Kanji-s 中 and 下 , come from her catchphrase "below average" / "below middle" .
