Chiyo Kuno the Psychic - Vol. 2 Ch. 27.5

Heck yeah tell that editor to look into official licensing. You even have MangaDex chapter view counts as proof of how the West is interested (20k views/chapter is pretty impressive considering how unadvertised the series is)

"Due to copyright restrictions, the Kindle title you're trying to purchase is not available in your country: United States."

I recall reading there's a way to trick the system, I think by changing my account address to somewhere in Japan. I may lose access to my US-purchased content (while virtually living abroad), but can always "move back" later. But then I'd lose this. But apparently there's also a way to download my Kindle content, and strip the DLA, and OMG WHY'S IT GOTTA BE SO DIFFICULT.

Gaaaah, I hate that!
Unfortunately I'm not sure of a method beyond what you described, and even then as you pointed out, you would probably lose the title upon changing back...

I really, really wish publishers wouldn't put those kinds of restrictions on literally one of the most accessible ways for us to buy manga and support the industry. I'll ask Shiki-sensei to mention that to their editor, but since it's a publisher-level decision there might not be much that can be done there.

You can buy the hard-copy on Amazon, but shipping is 158% the price of the book itself. https://i.imgur.com/6RDVwlz.png ;D

Edit: I normally buy Japanese e-books from BookLive, though: https://booklive.jp/product/index/title_id/676573/vol_no/001

Use a VPN to bypass region filter. There's a free one hosted by the University of Tsukuba

>Looking for a Japanese copy of this manga

But I'm still fishing for a copy of the whole set of Fujimura-kun Mates

This is not pre Y2K era where Japanese entertainment was not recognized a lot because internet was damn slow and only waiting for butchered localization.

They have to publish online even if they have to rise the price a bit for overhead cost.

There was a news where anime income rises a lot after they publish it in online like CR or Netflix. They have to stop Jap only market thinking

@Lolipop_Candy I agree with your statement... there are many people outside of Japan who are interested in mangas and animes, they would also be willing to invest their hard earned money for these kinds of stuff...
