You know, since the first chapter, I've kinda felt bad for the girl who originally had Hime.
Reading ch28 just made me feel a little more sad...
In a way, I kind of hope things somehow work out a bit better, or that Hime, or her owner, realizes what happened that first day.

Discovery of the day. The last chapter will be #91 (in volume 7), though the per-volume omake stuff can get quite big. Volume 2's omake section is 16 pages long, with two "chapters" of seven pages apiece, then two pages of after-word.

Of course, it will take quite a while to reach chapter 91 at the rate I'm going. Other chores and other series tend to take precedence over working on this series.

@RedInACup - They were scanlated by somebody else, and so I didn't have them to upload to MangaDex. Typically, this kind of thing has been fixed by somebody else who knew where to find those older scanlations on a torrent or some file sharing site.

Although the tone, plot, and pacing are totally different, the perspective shifts remind me of Hobbes from Calvin & Hobbes: Hime sees herself as an honorary small human, and humans see her as a cat.
Regardless, another really fun read. ?
