I looked at the LN illustrations, and first of all I recommend everyone does because they are fantastic, and second that from them I'm pretty I can tell that the friend whose name I don't remember appears to actually be male. In addition, the illustrator seems to be a fan of Ai-chan from the Tawawa series which is why Hime looks so similar to her. Also, you guys are all taking this silly romcom waaaaaay too seriously.

i think such a law is illogical since you know in most cases males may like any sexual approach from pretty women
but female in the age of high school tend to have really big problem rising a baby since they are in age they are considered children too and are more easier to take advantage off
and it's a little fucked up to send your sweet daughter to marry straight once she turn 16
so it's kinda screwed if you put the female legal age lower than males
which really make me wonder what their politicians thinking

It's obvious that the translation is "I'm a bit older but could you make me your girlfriend?".

"xxxx ni suru" translates as "to do something / to turn something into something else [implicated here] "

e.g. "kanojo ni shite hoshii no" would translate as "(I) would like that (you) make (me) (your) girlfriend"

kuremasuka is just the informal version of kudasaimasenka, which translates as "would (you) please do (something) ?"
