I wonder if the manager is actually pleased Chiyuri quit. It might have been her plan all along since she talked about responsibility, consequences, and everything. Maybe they don't get along, although I don't really remember from the earlier chapters, with a break of many months reading this.

I hate how this is handled by the girls. They are basically sugarcoating her mistake by saying that she won’t make another mistake. Better to just say that she would make mistakes but next time she works there will be less mistakes as she learns because that how people learn. Man sometimes I hate it when innocent characters try he stubborn about stuff.
