I find it interesting how they keep claiming to be democracy when they are in power with the reason being they are more powerful than anyone that has opposed them. Responding to your old comment, that is precisely how democracy managed to be implemented. I mean, it was the most convenient form of government for the new economic model of the time (CAPITALISM HO!), so everyone powerful supported it and the "powerful" were rooted out, since they also had mostly become a cancer for society.
