I've got two guesses for what happened.

Either she finds out about the girlfriend after the fact and completely shuts him out.
Or the girlfriend finds out about her and fucking attacks her.
Likely a combination of both.

Either way I get the impression that in the present he doesn't actually care about anything but getting her back at this point, but she wants absolutely nothing to do with him.

Another great manga that isn't being translated. Sometimes I have to wonder why do so many garbage harem isekais get 2 chapters a week, while stuff like this never gets completed. Thanks for reading my rant.
