Her mother can't be this stupid, no? Even if she is not understanding a thing she should at least have her priorities right. Concubine bullied her daughter not once and for some reason the mother did not demand an apology. But now when she is utterly powerless and her daughter is doing everything in her stead (even teaching her the art of love) she actually is demanding some rubbish?

Well the mom have no education, who was provided and dependent of other all of her life and is just an adult with the mental age of a kid, so she provably doesn't even know basic mathematics or even how to get dressed. The father is passive because he just doesn't care about the problem of the house, his wife is a pet, her mistress is a sex toy and her daughters are just political tools for marriage.
