Circumstances of account deletion

If I get my plain simple reader account deleted, will it mean:
1. I won't be able to create an account with that e-mail ever again?
2. My username will remain forever unusable?
3. If yes to 2, can that be prevented if I change my username before getting it deleted? If one can change their username, please tell me how to.

@Redactyphus IDK bout he other but you can contact mod ixlone to get your username changed either via pm or Discord is fine
