Because Mei have cover it in the main story. Seriously, you really think after all Yuzu had done she will have been not expelled ? She wasn't because Mei had overlook all what Yuzu have done. They probably don't know about Yuzu shenanigans.

Because everyone expect Masturi is an idiot ? Well expect for the blackmail thing but so far Matsuri is the only one with a brain since Yuzu and Nene are braindead, Mei/Harumin have done nothing worth mentionning and Shirapon is forgettable at best.

Any other story and the proposal would be turned down due to Yuzu.

That's because Mei want to re start the relation on good bases after all she had done to Yuzu in the main story.I thinkshe say that to Matsuri in some chapter before.

@Abetillo I think Himeko said in Citrus to Yuzu that the reason she wasn't already expelled was because Mei kinda hide her shenanigans otherwise she will have been out already. I can't remember when she said neither i want to reread Citrus but i'm certain she said it.

This chapter (in Citrus+) actually what happened before the last chapter from Citrus. Scene after this chapter is when Mei telling Yuzu "I love you" for the first time. Hope everyone notices it.
