Isn't the skill name mistranslated as Sexual Lunatic? In the LN it was called Underling Training. Especially considering a lunatic is someone who's crazy, mad, or insane while his skill allows him to sexually enslave females not drive them mad. LN expressed Torao as a bastard better by having him transform his arm and using it to hurl MC away after saying MC's name but before explaining why wants MC gone. Hope explain Ageha next chapter because seems too intelligent for a butterfly to have lured Misuzu to MC so easily. Then again maybe his skill can boost stats on anyone he's used it on.
