i feel like the class D teacher is the most weak teacher that only hides her weakness through being a teacher and adopting tsundere persona and that clingy teacher is the last boss teacher.
I dont really remember but i think that's why she's in class D.
So I guess not only students are assigned to classes for reasons, but also teachers.
