Close as Neighbors - Ch. 28

well shes broken, she left the man of her dreams go away and now shes regretting it.

She stayed compelled by a sense of duty to her family and not feel not needed and that's breaking her.

This was bound to happen sooner or later. While cuestionable, I understand her decision to stay for her sisters and son that needed her, but when the time comes that they no longer need her anymore the questions resurface. The best thing that she can do is to start to live her life for her sake instead of them's, even if that takes her to a nasty surprise in America.

The man chose to pursue his dream than stayed with his family. She also had decided to stay with her son in Korea and let him go. I still don't get why she still depressed all over that. He chose, she decided. I understand if she still in love with him but to get depressed that *much* over a decision she firmly believed is exaggerated.

Not all exaggerated, regretting decisions or consequences of your decisions is one of the most normal things that could be depicted in fiction. Specially when she basically chose to stay to 'keep the family together' but her sisters are grown women now that don't really need her, her son is growing and starting to be a bit more independent, soon he'll be a teenager then an adult and follow his own path and everything is hitting her right now.

@lordchecha strangely enough this is the reason that most ppl cheat b/c either they have a partner that's too successful resulting in life moving too fast for them to change they tend to try to find something or someone that can depend on them. as a result boom in laws living with ya
